The mind v/s the heart

What do u do when u feel an emotion so intense, u think u r going to burst?
What do u do when u c somebody go through so much of pain, and u cant do anything about it?
The greatest hurt an enemy can cause is hurt the person u love, and what if the person u love hurts himself/herself?
Empathy is a gift and ... such a curse, it promises u life in one moment, and snatches it the very next.
Is it something ur mind can control?
If set on a mission, may be ur mind can, but it has its flaws too... it never forgets
It is an adventure, it is powerlessness at its very peak, it is hope in eyes of a young girl, it is the return of faith ... it is the emotion which puts ur mind to shame, it is what makes my life worth living.

Flaws in our thinking

1. Education makes a person intelligent

Education - A scheme which firmly believes in creating many yardsticks, a system to compare, if one is better than the other, and if so, by how much.. The difference between u n the next guy is just a number. A system which people accept because it has treated them well, and desert it once they have not manipulated it right ... n the best part of it of course, u r not in control of this system. Its like that nightmare, where u r falling deep into an abyss, with Mozart playing in the background.. and then, u hear the deafening silence. The ambitious ones might actually try to change the system, but eventually realise that they too r human, n have to give in to their needs. Well.. at this point, its not the thought that counts. A global game in which a lot of people participate, to learn to create needs, which people never even knew existed, ultimately leading to a never ending cycle of more n more need.

Intelligence - One of the truest forms of art, which as its very property makes itself immeasurable. Reason: Man doesnt know all the forms of intelligence, he hasnt figured out everything yet (Is it even possible to reach the end of the kinds of intelligence?) The Tshirt witticism "I was born intelligent but education ruined me" seems very true to me. In MY opinion, creativity is intelligence, the use of ur brains to bring a new concept, a new idea into this world. But somewhere along the road, due to the lack of some kind of resources, the new idea is abandoned. In man's search for practicality, a whole new idea, however radical, is deserted.. The world has been built on radical ideas.

I really cudnt title this, but it definitely is a flaw.. coz the other day i was reading an Indian epaper, a very popular one btw, and the main headlines are sub-divided into four main categories, India, Pakistan, The United States, AND The rest of the world!!!
I was really surprised! This is what atleast the press considers the our world to be made up of, there are absolutely no other countries in the world? And believe me, there were no sub-divisions in the rest of the world.
And wat else, the same paper, sunday edition, (physical this time) quoted news something like this... " US has an inflation rate of .. Europe has an inflation rate of .. EVEN INDIA HAS AN INFLATION RATE OF .. ".. With just one statement, Our whole country of wide variety of cultures, rich heritage, is reduced to.. an EVEN. And BY AN INDIAN!!
The power of the absolute suggests that u r competing not with the others but against urself, against a set goal say something like 100 marks.. U dont care abt how much each one gets, but u need to be as close to 100 as possible, of course there is no way that u cud arrive at such a figure for development, but u r competing against the set goals nonetheless. V shudnt join the leagues, V need standards of our own.. Of course, all this is just MY opinion, in case Big Brother is watching.
